AORA is a buying platform that helps you purchase goods from overseas merchants with ease.
During high peak seasons, (Black Friday, 11/11 sales etc.), the products ordered through AORA may not be processed successfully as the items may be out-of-stock or subjective to price changes.
At the same time, the products in order could also have been processed by the merchant and thus, cannot be returned without extra handling / shipping fees.
In such cases, we would proceed to order and process the remaining products that our customers have order and refund the unsuccessful products.
